It been a long time since the last time I updated my blog,lazy to update =P

Today is the day my school organize Merentas Desa(越野赛跑/Cross-Country Race),I took part =D The venue is at Pologround,the distance is 5km!!! I don't want to talk so much,just want to share my results with you =D Because I got 9th among 200++ students xD Got a medal,I was very happy when I got 9th,because I didn't expected to get a medal~

Tell you a good news,I am gonna get 010 few hrs later =D many friends complained to me and asked to change to 010 ==" So I bought one~ I planned to buy 016,but it is fulled,only 010 is available~ For those are using 016 and don't want to sms with my 012 can ask me for my 010~ =D

Today is MGS's pesta ria,but I missed all the fun and the chance to meet my friends and my sis =[ !!! Because of someone,but don't want to say it here~ =(

The original plan is I will go to Sam Tet at 9am,then Kiyoshi will fetch me up after picking up his lou po to MGS.But.....today morning 2am++,he suddenly say he will pick me up at 12:30 noon,wth!? Because of the same person that caused me missed all the fun~ So I need to go school for KRS since Kiyoshi will fetch me up at 12:30 noon,but the bad thing is,I only slept for 3 hrs~ =(

Went to school for marching,suddenly,I feel dizzy,tired and almost faint~ I think it is because I slept for 3 hrs only =[ After dismiss,I bathed at school,first time bathing at school =| Then start waiting for Kiyoshi,I called him a few times.My friend and my OC walked to MGS,while I continue waiting for Kiyoshi,zzz....... Around 1pm,he asked me to go to "小云顶" ==" Walked to 小云顶~ Waited for Kiyoshi at there for around 10 mins =="

Finally,he reached~ But Ee Lin told me that MGS is crowded with people and the foods and drinks are almost finished ==" Haiz.......... in the car,I took some photos xD:

Sweet right? =P After reaching,we noticed that the weather is very hot,can't stand of it ==~ At least I got the chance to meet my mei in person,surprised when I saw her~ =P The canteen is crowded with people,there is no space to go in~ I walked around instead of going in to the canteen~ Candy gave me some coupons to buy something to eat,thanks =D~ I called my sis,she said she went back home,disappointed and became sad immediately T_T~

At 2:30pm,we planned to go home,but........ Kiyoshi's car has no petrol,wth!? Everybody sitting in the car,suffering the hot weather~ Kiyoshi called Kaze to buy some petrol and bring it to him. I used Kiyoshi's money to buy a few bottles of mineral water,refreshing =D the food and drinks in MGS are very expensive,I regret that I didn't buy a drink before going to MGS =="~ Took some photos in the car too =P:

Kiyoshi drive me home first,but before that,he went to fill petrol,when he was filling petrol,me,Candy and a friend went into the shop.I just wanted to buy a 100plus,but Candy chose many items and asked me to pay for her ==" now I know how much Kiyoshi needs to spend a day~ =P

Too bad I can't meet my friends because most of them went to MGS early morning~ T_T

Today is Friday (Apr 2),but I still haven't update something about five days ago,why? because lazy and busy~ =P

Sunday~
I need to go school to get 奖学金! Because I got 5A in UPSR~ But the worst thing is that I need to go school at 9:30am~ ==" and I accompany my sis until 3am~ I slept for few hours only.... reached school around 9am.After everybody sat down,the principal began giving a speech,but.......the speech is very long,from history,to now~ wth!? Everybody came here just to get scholarship only,not to hear you giving speech for 2 hrs++ some parents cannot tahan,so they went home~ until 11:30am,the speech still haven't finish,I can't stand of it,so I called my parents to fetch me back home =P time is more important than money(RM 25 for 5A) I don't want to waste time~

After I reached parade,I wanted to watch FRESH GANGZ's showcase because Ah Yik said it is 12 noon,but when I call him,he said it is 3pm,wth!? haiz....... called my sis,she was on the way,then I went to food court to eat something~ After that,I walked around,suddenly I noticed D'One stall was there~ I rushed there =D Sat down and began online using Kaze's lappie =P Not long,I cypher with Onn and his friends.Not long,FRESH GANGZ reached,no need to mention lar,the first thing they do is cypher la of course~

Finally,3pm~ is the time for FRESH GANGZ's showcase~ Yumiko told me and sis to give flyers and promote,but I wanted to watch the showcase ==" so I watched it then only give flyers =P Then the following program is wedding show,then D'One crew's showcase,wedding show again,"Nobody" show........ After the "nobody" show,we went to kopitiam to "yum cha"~ Last,kiyoshi fetched me and others home~~~~Here are some photos:

Ok,it is quite sad to say,I am sitting on my bed in the room without people caring me or chatting with me~

Today morning I was still happy because wishes come non-stop,but now,it stopped == Some people wished me(Thanks =D),but some STILL HAVEN'T~ xP The worst thing is,I asked Ah Hon few hrs ago,he said that he and others will be going to studio(maybe),so I said that I will called him at 5pm,just called him,he said that they won't be going to studio~ =="'! From 2pm++ until now,I didn't leave my room~ Nothing to do,suffering the emo-ness~

Back to the Mar 19,last year's Mar 19 is the first time I performed on stage,the first time that Junan Crew performed too~ Last year's Mar 19 was a happy day,I won't forget it~ A year passed already,many things changed~ I was a childish boy last year (hate to admit it),but now,I am in between mature and childish,lolxx~ I have less friends last year,but now,I have many friend~ I danced in MMS following Eddie last year,but now,I am dance in D'One following many people~ Junan Crew was active last year,but now,the engine is dead! I quit it too ==~There are still many changes I didn't say~ So how I will be at next year's Mar 19??? What will happen,nobody knows~

It is 12:39 midnight now,just "survived" the first round of birthday wishes,waiting for the next round xP I think later morning after tuition,(birthday still go tuition,as you can see,I am a hardworking student xP!) when I turn on my laptop,I think my facebook wall it will be full of birthday wishes,can I survive it? xD!!! Feel very happy now ^^,just now I was still emo-ing.Luckily just now still have my sis(Sabrina) chatting with me in facebook~ I have many sis now~ Yuna Chee,Sabrina Lee,Emily Ng,Hui Min and Jess Tan~ Sabrina,Jess and Yuna wished me a happy birthday,but the others haven't (I am not small gas =P).And thanks to Kevin Kok Zhi Hao,he is the first one that wished me happy birthday,thanks man~ I don't want to write my feelings now~ Will write it in part 2 ^^

I am very proud to be a part of D'ONE............It is just like we are a big family~

Today,it is the time for to start dance hardly.After the test,now we are separate into 2 groups~ First group is for boys,while the second group is for girls~ The leader of the first group is Onn, congratz~ xD My "dad" (Kiyoshi) is responsible to teach us~ Should I be worrying? xD The first class is to teach us ANGLE and POSING. Now only I know the posing isn't easy........ Suddenly,Kiyoshi asked us to come out and pose one by one O.o~ When I do my first pose,everybody laughed at me ==" Quite embarrassed >.<>.> After that,we continue~ Suddenly...................somebody turned off the lights and brought a cake in~ I was wondering today is who's birthday~ So I followed singing the birthday song,Chung hold the cake and walk towards me and wish me HAPPY BIRTHDAY! wth!? surprised that they celebrated my birthday(although it is earlier,but never mine because they need to go to Kuantan at Fri) and they bought the cake for me ^^ Everybody clapped hands and took photos:

I bought a pair of PUMA BASKET at Sunday,the shoes are very old,placed at the shop for a long time,the gold one is nice,and there is a pair that suits my size.But,the shoes changed color,lolxx,because it is placed there for a long time,luckily the silver shoes didn't change,so i bought it ^^ Comfortable and good for using to bboy~

It is a year again,my birthday is on Friday(Mar 19) ^^ But no plans == Any suggestions??? Woke up at 6:45am,felt tired,but still need to go school~ == After reaching school,I walked around until Mrs Wong told all form 1 and form 2 to gather at the basketball court while others in the hall~All the clubs and societies were busy preparing their stall~ The worst part comes,everybody went to 1st floor and began watching,all form 1 students stay in the same floor,prefects blocked the way to go down,hate prefects! It was very hot and there was no space for me to watch == Nothing to do,just walked around again~ After a while,the prefects opened the way,everybody rushed down,the first thing I bought was a cup of Milo,refreshing~ Went to the basketball court,many stalls,but I went to KRS stall first,bought a fried chicken that costs RM 3, every KRS juniors were forced to buy == I didn't buy anything because I wasn't hungry,the form 2s of KRS need to keep the place clean by picking rubbish,next year is my turn ==" After eating the fried chicken and the milo,I went to find my friends that were separated with me.Because that primary school's teachers and students attended Sports Day,I went to find my old teacher that taught me 3 years in primary school,with my friends.The whole morning was boring,nothing to do,walked here and there,until 11am,the prefects allowed us to go home.I called my grandma with the public phone. While waiting,I went to see my form 2s that need to duty at the carpark at 10am to 12 noon. The heat was the highest at that time,they stood under the sun and looked after the carpark,hard work~ Something happened~ One of the form 2s, O.C. Ong Boon Hua,he was responsible to look after the area that no cars were allowed to go in.Suddenly,few men driving a car and wanted to park in there,O.C. Ong blocked the way,but the men still continue drove forward and still showed the middle finger to O.C. Ong,LOL,== Not long.I went home~

Argh...........Very tired........I can't feel my legs already~ Just now showed my 1 min routine to all the seniors,big pressure,when I was dancing,I was shaking,can't stand still~ LOL........I am not quite happy with my performance just now,must calm down~And Onn's routine was amazing,nice~ I like it,the feel is FRESH! Long time didn't update blog due to my "busy-ness" =="

==,worst day in 2010!!!Today morning,I woke up and went to tuition as usual......But....my neck and legs were very itchy!I scratched my neck and legs hardly......After 2 hrs of tuition,I went home,prepared to went to school.........

After school.......I went home and ate my dinner,delicious =P After enjoying my dinner,I slept on the sofa.......The worst part began..........I woke,but everywhere were itchy (Eyes,neck,shoulder,stomach,back and others) I scratched every parts hardly,but the more I scratched,the worse,it became red and "肿了起来" =[ I told my grandparents,they told me to take a bath and they will take me to a clinic,after the bath,the parts were still itchy == Went to clinic,luckily,the doctor said that I just need to eat some medicines only =] I am wondering whether go school or not because I have borrowed my friends' books,if I don't go,they will kena marah,but if I go,I need to do homework until midnight =="

The thing that surprised me was that receiving angpau XD Thanks to studio for the angpau =]

Many food there,but I had dinner before going there.But I still want to eat because the foods look delicious =P

Pasir Puteh D1 opening (Part 1:How we go to studio)

Friday already,school is around the corner,I will be suffering in few more days ==

Around 7pm,I reached Ipoh East Branch's D1.Waited there for Chris and Leon because Chris will leads the way while Leon drives.Now,the worst part starts...........

Leon has a GPS in the car,so Chris use it to lead us to a street near MMS so he can lead us to Pasir Puteh D1.Leon's driving skill is not bad,but he drives at 60km/h ==" So slow,Jack is better,he drives way more faster than Leon =P After we reached there,Chris starts his "lousy leading skills" ==" Chris leaded us here and there,after a long time,we are still "turning rounds".Then suddenly,I saw a sign,it looks like Moon and Moon Cafe's sign,but I didn't wear specs,so I wasn't so confirm,so I kept quiet.The "journey" is quite long,so I only mention some d*mn parts(sorry for the word).In the middle,while Leon was driving,Chris told Leon to U-turn,when Leon was preparing to U-turn,he told Leon to continue driving foward,WTH!? Another one,when he was talking to Ah Seong through the phone,I told Leon:"Later he tell us to U-Turn,haha" Leon answered:"F*ck him"(Sorry again) LOL,then the answer was worse,he told us to go back to MMS! == Back to studio,Chris began leaded another way.Leon drove here drove there,wasting fuels.Then Chris called Ah Seong,then go back MMS again! This time is the last time,he gave the correct ways,at last,we reached Pasir Puteh D1.The whole "journey" took 1 hour. == Other information: We went to MMS for 3 times | Chris called Ah Seong 3 times | Chris blamed on the GPS | Leon lost a lot of fuels | Me and Leon wanted to punch him

Today is Thursday,although it is Friday 12:27 midnight,but I still act it is Thursday =P Back to the title,actually today I should go to my friend's house for visit and get angpau.But today around 12:21 midnight (Thursday morning),Vincent updated his status and asked who want to watch movie with him,so I said I want.Then after a long time of chatting,Kiyoshi said he can fetch us but Vincent haven't confirm to watch which movie and when.So I gave him my handphone number,and I waited for him to inform me.Morning,I woke up and told my friend that I won't be going to his house.So the whole day,I waited for Vincent to inform me,but nothing,no comment,no email,no sms.So I sms Kiyoshi,no reply ==" Until night,he was online.Asked him,he said that the tickets were sold out == Canceled my plan and prepare for another one but at last everything lost ==

This year's Chinese New Year is very boring,for me.Some people have a great Chinese New Year(exp:Jack) But unluckily,I have a boring Chinese New Year.But there something that doesn't make me SO BORING.Because I play "Left for Dead" with my friends.(At home of course) And I have steambot at home with my family last night.I met Benjamin last night,long time no see after he stopped dancing.And today is the most boring day,because the adults are playing mahjong the whole day,stay in the room for few hours T.T haizzzz............

Time pass fast,CHINESE NEW YEAR is around the corner.D'One organized a FlashMob to welcome CNY,but too bad I have school that day.School sucks,always breaks my plans.==,anyway,good luck to d'one =] CNY,what should I do? The most traditional thing is................. RECEIVE ANGPAU =] Yeah,FRESH money waiting for me XD And off course,can sleep more =] Besides that,still can dance happily without anything disturbing me (exp:homework) Don't know can go out count down or not =P

Gunung Rapat Bboy Battle

Today is the first day Soul Crew battle with others team(new members).Very excited.Woke up at 11am,went to eat at K10,after I ate my food,I sat there and wait,until I saw Onn.Meet with him,then we walk around,not long,we went back to studio,Jax was waiting there.We chatted there,legs very tired,so we sat in the restaurant.Ordered some drinks,then we start chatting again.I called Leon and Aik because we waited around 30 mins.After that,Chris,Ah Yik and others reached.Everybody sat down and chat while Tan Lian Aik open the door =P Everybody warmed up,but Leon still haven't reach,everybody were waiting for him.Finally,Leon reached.Everybody packed up and start going.

I followed Ah Yik's car.While driving,Nova and Ah Yik were racing,Nova was pro,we didn't win him at last.But the bad thing is,when they were racing,Ah Wah and those that followed his car can't catch up,can't see them at all LOL.Went upstairs,paid RM20 for entering fees.WTH!? RM 20? And they served Ribena and Orange Juice!? RM20 for these rubbish? If I bring my own ribena and orange juice then is RM10? Not worth for it.

Finish,everybody went back.I followed Ah Yik also.We reached D1 first,we slept there for around 10 mins.Ah Wah was going to parade,but Nova don't know,he followed him,so Nova took a long time to reach D1.After we met up,we went to "Ma Bou" to eat.Everybody ate and watched the videos.Not long,Ah Wah and others reached.They started eating when we finished our food.Ah Seong,Ah Yik and others went back to studio because 6pm got class.Ah Hao and Tan Lian Aik were very tired,they slept around 1:30 hr.Nothing special in this 2 hours.So I went back at 8:15pm. Jack and Ah Yee were playing all the time,I laughed silently =P When we were drinking in a restaurant,Jack made Ah Yee angry,so Ah Yee didn't care him for around 30 minutes,Jack was wishing for Ah Yee's forgive badly LOL.

Today is the practice day for Flash Mob,I went there at 6:30 pm,because the breakdance class is at 7pm(Powermove class).After class,we went to eat,after that,we went back studio.Everybody battled.Jax,Crazy,Fai,Hon,Hao,Yik,Wah,Aik and me battled.I battled with Aik Move.After 3 rounds,all the judges draw,so one more round.The last round I has nothing to use already,so I lost the battle ><

THE 100TH POST!!!

I have survived the first month in secondary school XD,but there are still 11 more.....These few days,busy being a KRS(Kadet Remaja Sekolah) junior.It is quite a mess.Those form 2 KRS some say this and some say that,who should I listen to? =="

Next week is the last week of practice for Sukan.After Sukan,the activities of persatuan and permainan will start.I am very excited about it.I chose the computer club because I like computer-ing.In permainan,I first planned to join Catur because I like chinese chess.(What a good chinese I am XD) But at last,me "good chinese" chose Basketball =P

Now the prefects (Form 1) quite LC,no kidding,talk to them also won't answer,WTH!?There is an example in my class,his name is Anthony,everybody in class hates him(Including me =P) Today,he told PA1 students:"I am prefect,so I am bigger than you all." WTH!? Simply use the rights of prefect,teacher scolded him he still won't admit it,still cry!? =="

I was surprised Kiyoshi was a Sam Tet boy,didn't know =P He was so cool(heard him said =P) that time,challenge Disiplin teacher and the Principal.With Kaze,Perry,Hoshi and others,they made the dance club continued......organize events......but after he leaves Sam Tet,everything changed.....Only traditional dances can be performed on stage,WTH!? T Pyxidis can cause BYE BYE to Earth!

T Pyxidis is a binary star system in the constellation Pyxis at about 3260 light years from Earth. It contains a sun-like star and a white dwarf. Because of the strong gravity effect of the white dwarf, it draws matter from the other star which causes periodic thermonuclear explosions (so-called novae) to occur.

The usual apparent magnitude of this star system is 15.5, but there occurred eruptions with maximal apparent magnitude of about 7.0 in the years 1890, 1902, 1920, 1944 and 1966. Evidence seems to indicate that T Pyxidis has only increased in mass despite the nova eruptions, and is now close to the Chandrasekhar limit.When a white dwarf reaches this limit it will collapse under its own weight and cause a. However, when contacted by Scientific American, Dr Sion said that the term "soon" in the press announcement meant that "At the accretion rate we derived, the white dwarf in T Pyxidis will reach the Chandrasekhar Limit in ten million years." By that time it will have moved far enough away from the solar system to have little effect.

Because of its relatively close distance, some contend that a T Pyxidis supernova could have a significant impact on Earth. The received gamma radiation would equal the total (all spectra) radiation of approximately 1000 solar flares, and would severely damage the ozone layer. The X-radiation that reaches Earth, however, would be less than the X-radiation of a single average solar flare. However, Dr. Sion's calculations were challenged by Prof. Alex Fillipenko who said that Sion had possibly miscalculated the damage that could be caused by a T Pyxidis supernova. He had used data for a far more deadly gamma-ray burst (GRB) exploding 3,260 light-years from Earth, not a supernova, and T Pyxidis certainly isn't expected to produce a GRB. According to an another expert, "A supernova would have to be 10 times closer [to Earth] to do the damage described."

After studying in secondary school,it is worse than primary,especially studying at afternoon class.Everyday once I wake up,I need to prepare and go for tuition.After tuition,still need to prepare for school.After school,I still need to do homework and other jobs,plus,I am a monitor,work hardly everyday,exhausted when I come back.......Today (Wed) is very rush,because school ends at 6:40pm,and hh class is at 7pm...........Hope time pass faster and study in form 3,morning class is better.....More time to do things although it is tired......

Today is my first day in secondary school.....After back from tuition in the morning,I prepared and went there earlier to "investigate" my school.

The first thing I did is go to find my old friends.6 weeks didn't meet them.Everybody split up,haiz.....I study in the fifth class... ><

It is the last day of 2009,many peoples will go out tonight to count down,but I will just stay at home......Because of my age >.<

This year is my last year that I study in my primary school,last year of being a kid =],first year can perform on stage and others.....This year is full of happy and sad memories..........

This year,I finished a part of my life by passing UPSR.Many of my friends maybe won't be in the same school or same class with me next year......But at least I have a hard to forget trip with my friends.....and many photos took with them.....Next year,there will be more difficult challenges waiting for me to face.....

This year is the first year I got the chance to perform on stage.The present me compared with the past me have a huge difference.I can dance well than before,2 years ago,I don't even know what is beat,now,I am in another level already,thanks to those that taught me dancing before.Including Eddie,Mervin,Nicholas,River,Ah Mun,Yumiko,Kiyoshi,Ah Yik,Ah Seong,Ah Hon and others.....

I am back from HK just now,I have a strange feeling now........I wanted to stay in HK longer,although I stay longer,I still need to come back one day and go school.......First,here is hot,after staying a week at there,I feel twice hotter.I wanted to go there again next year,but if I go there again,I need to spend money again >.< and I can't attend any performances, competitions and other activities....
This feeling tells me that HK is more suitable for me than Malaysia and I like HK very much,

Finally,can online.It is 12C degrees here.I am enjoying and suffering the cold.When I was taking bath,I almost freeze to death.What happened today:

Woke up around 7:30 am and prepared.Went to a restaurant and eat breakfast,then went to KLIA.Reached KLIA around 11:30pm.Checked in,ate something,went in with a worker.She took me to the gate and wait.

Once I boarded the plane,the first thing I did is sleeping.Slept around 1 hour,woke up and watched the movie "DISTRICT 9".It is a "R" movie,plus,it is not suitable for my age,who cares? =P When I was eating my lunch on plane,the movie showed some bloody violence scene,example: Hand broke,whole body blow into pieces and other bloody scene.I was eating my lunch!!! WTH!Almost vomit.Reached HK la,it is very cold here,can't take off my jacket.

After I went back to my relative's home.I sat there for a while then went down there and ate a plate of fried rice.Went back up and online.I came here alone,in the middle,many peoples asked me few same questions =="

Today morning,went to studio around 10 a.m. Kiyoshi was there alone.We started to dance.He first listened to my personal routine song,then he gave some comments.After that,he taught me MANY things about editing songs,starting part,middle part and ending part.Then he taught me some LA moves.The turning and standing is hard >.<

I ate a half-bowl of rice for breakfast,but Kiyoshi didn't eat anything for breakfast.So he took me to go "MA PO".Then,we saw Kaze and his friend were eating there.We sat down and ordered something.We waited a long time for the food.Kiyoshi was very hungry.

We went back studio with Kaze.We dance a while then me and Kiyoshi felt tired.We don't know why that we were so tired.Instead of dancing,I played my cap with Kiyoshi.Around 3pm,Kiyoshi wanted to went back,but I told my parents 4pm,so I follow them to CC.They two were playing Dota,while I was facebook-ing,blogging and check mail.Then I went back at 4p.m.

I am exhausted now,need to rest now......Tomorrow morning 9am still got tuition >.<

First Time hanging out

Few days ago,I invited Siew Tong and Yi Qin to parade at Thursday,Chris had already planned to go parade with his friends before I invite him.But Siew Tong doesn't know that Yi Qin is coming too,we planned to give her a surprise.

I reached there at around 1:45p.m.I went to the bowling court because Chris and his friends were playing there.Then he introduced his friends to me.After a while,Siew Tong came.But Yi Qin haven't reached ==" After 5 mins,Yi Qin came and gave her a surprise.After that,I bowled some rounds then Chris's friend suggested us to watch the new movie: STORM WARRIORS 2,I didn't watch the first chapter so I don't know the characters,but I knew it is quite exciting and interesting.We walked around first,in the middle,Chris's friend suddenly "root extraction" (抽根) LOL,it was funny,he sat on the floor and "suffering" the pain XD,Chris still record it down,WTH! He planned to upload on Youtube.After that,we went to the cinema,I bought a popcorn.Then we went in.The movie began.

When I was asking for permission to hang out,my mom said that I can't extend time,if not I will get scold.But the movie began at 2:30p.m. ==" I knew that the movie at least need 2 hours to finish,I had prepared to get scold =="

The whole movie was great *thumbs up*.At last,the "cloud" warrior jumped down from the clips to save his brother and sacrifice himself.Everybody thought that he has died.But Chris and the others knew that the "Cloud Warrior"won't die easily,we believe that there will be chapter 3,just don't know when it will come out.

After the movie,everybody went home separately.I am quite happy yesterday(It is 12:45 midnight now)

DANGER OF USING HANDPHONE - CAUTION !!!

Here's how (per this apparently well-researched advisory):

Dr. Carlo was hired by the Cellular Telephone Industry Association in 1993 to lead a $28 million, 7-year research program to determine if cell phones were safe.

He was fired when it became clear that his research did not support the cell phone industry's claims of safety.

Observing the following simple precautions and recommendations can reduce your exposure to dangerous electromagnetic radiation (EMR).

Cell Phone Safety Recommendations

1. Don't allow children to use cell phones, except for emergencies.

? Don't buy them a cell phone.

? Children's skulls are thinner and their brains contain more fluid than adults'. Electromagnetic radiation travels more easily through liquids; therefore, radio frequencies travel through children's brains much more easily. This puts children at a greater risk of developing cancer through exposure to EMR..

? Malignant brain tumors are the second leading cause of death in children [under the age of 15] and young adults [under the age of 34], according to NeurologyChannel. com

? Brain tumors now cause more deaths among children than any other form of cancer, reports Sydney TV News.

? If your children already have cell phones, and for whatever reason you decide not to change the status quo, don't let them sleep with their cell phones under their pillows. (You might be surprised where your kids keep their cell phones!)

? They shouldn't play games on cell phones, either.

? It's wise to teach your children why you don't want them to use cell phones. Educate them about the dangers. Help them understand and accept that you are responsible for their safety, and that, as they get older, they begin to share that responsibility too.

? Be polite, but keep it brief. Discourage unnecessary conversations on the cell phone. You may be saving a life - quite possibly your own or that of a loved one.

4. Use a regular phone as much as possible.

? Regular phones are your safest bet for conversations and work.

5. Keep the cell phone as far away from your body as possible.

? You cut your EMR exposure to less than 1% by keeping the cell phone over 18 cm (approximately 7 inches) away from any part of your body. [Reference: R. B. Herberman, MD, University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (2008)]

6. Avoid carrying your cell phone in your pocket, on your belt, or in your hand.

? The hip produces 80% of the body's red blood cells and is especially vulnerable to EMR damage. Close proximity may also affect fertility. [Reference: Dr. George Carlo, Medical Alert: Aggravated Symptom Relapses (May 2008)]

? Body tissue in the abdomen absorbs radiation more quickly than the head.

? If you carry a cell phone in your purse, you should position it with the keypad facing toward you in order to get less EMR. For you women who like purses with two or more compartments, you can carry the phone in the compartment farthest from your body. Avoid carrying a cell phone in a fanny pack (also known, depending on where you live, as hip pack, bum bag, pouch, etc.) It's too close to your body.

7.. Avoid using wired headsets.

? Headsets, including the ear buds that come with most cell phones today, have been shown to act as antennas, channeling the EMR directly into the ear canal. [Reference: Dr. George Carlo, Medical Alert: Aggravated Symptom Relapses (May 2008)]

? When you use regular ear buds or ear pieces, you're getting 3 times more EMR than if you held the cell phone against your ear, and you're getting it directly into your ear canal, and therefore into your brain.

? This is also a good reason to avoid listening to music on your cell phone.

8. Use an air tube headset with ferrite beads.

? This type of headset is believed to be safer, because EMR can't travel up the air tube like it does on a regular wired earphone.

? Unlike regular headsets, the air tube headset doesn't act as an antenna.

? Ferrite beads suppress the EMR and dissipate it. In other words, they absorb the EMR and convert it into heat.

? For maximum protection, use an air tube headset with a ferrite bead placed as near as possible to the cell phone.

9. Use the speaker phone as much as possible.

? Never hold the phone directly against your head.

? EMR decreases in direct proportion to the distance the source is from your body.

? It's better if you don't even have the phone in your hand. The damage from EMR is not limited to tissue damage near the exposure site.

10. Some suggest using a BlueTooth head piece.

? It's reported that BlueTooth headsets emit 1/100th the EMR of a normal cell phone. That's good. But whatever EMR a BlueTooth headset does emit, it does so directly into the ear. Caution is warranted.

11. Avoid using a cell phone while in metal enclosures.

Living in KL now.......

My cousin and her family went back to HK today morning.She went to airport around 6:30am,I was sleeping as a pig that time,I has completely no feeling about it.When I woke up only I noticed that she went back to HK.Waited for my aunt to take me to her house and sleep for 2 nights,then follow her back to Ipoh.Although there is a friend here,but I am quite boring.Here has Wii,XBOX and others,but I like the way living in Ipoh,simple way =P

What a Day

I reached KL around 11pm.Then I went to a hotel named JW MARRIOT.I put down my luggage and went down there for lunch.Eat some dim sum,then I went back up to the room and use laptop.Others went to "stylize" their hair.I waited very long,my cousin haven't reached the hotel,WTH,I almost freeze to death under the very cold air-con.

Finally,she reached with her family,she very LC,always say herself very beautiful and bla-bla-bla ==",so lame.Then I get my hair trimmed because have performance tonight.After reaching the restaurant,I only know that there isn't enough space for me to perform,WTH again......

During the dinner,I bet something with my cousin,the one who loses needs to drink 5 cups of teas,one cup around 200ml.At the last,I lost.........I drank until not even words can describe.Went to toilet many times.

When I reached hotel,I went to 7-11 with my cousin to buy some snacks and drinks.Went back up and eat,drink and etc.A day is fast.

Today morning,while going to school,I noticed that I haven't burn the CD WTH!!! I rushed back and burned it,quickly went to school.Around 10:30am,I went up the stage,the player can't play my CD correctly,WTH! So? Yesterday was the last day,we didn't get a call,I already knew the results that day.But the thing I am sad of,is our performance(不是表演，是表现）.Even me also gave myself 40 out of 100.I didn't dance perfectly and I was off-beat in some parts.At least I tried my best.....And now we know our weak points.And we won't do the same thing forever.Haiz,next week is holiday,but doesn't have any performances.

Eddie's workshop

Today I attended to Eddie's workshop.I learned many things about bboy.

After class,practice at studio until 2p.m.After that,I followed Ah Yik and others to 7 eleven to buy some drinks.Went back and the workshop began.

Now I will share some bboy knowledge.Eddie cypher with us.When a bboy dances,he needs to follow the beat,feel the song and listen what the song says.Eddie played a song named "I just wanna do my thing".Just dance and do your thing,don't care what people say and how they see you.

Then Eddie asked us to create a routine ONLY with Salsa step,WTH.But I also create some moves with salsa step.Actually not only Salsa step,you also can create more moves with other steps,this can improve you and increase your creative.Then he asked us to dance with toprock and drops only.After that,he asked us to dance only with footwork.Actually in bboying,you can know a bboy's foundation whether it is good or not through footwork.

Now about powermove,many people thought that powermoves are flare,air track, 1990, headspin,windmill,munchmill and etc.Actually this is wrong,powermoves are those that you can "kill" or "smoke" people.Some cool toprocks and footworks also can be powermoves.

Eddie also said,if you want to watch some bboy videos on youtube,only watch it 1 time.Don't say like "I am a fan of Bboy Noodle,I downloaded all of his videos and copies his steps" == Eddie haven't watch bboy videos on youtube for around 6 months.The reason is,every bboy has his own styles,so don't copy some famous bboys' moves,create your own one.

There are 2 types of bboy.One is commercial type,one is underground type.Commercial is the most common bboy in Asia.Commercial bboys usually will perform or take part in some bboy battle competition.They share,cypher and battle kindly.Now about the underground type,almost all of them live in USA.The image of Hip Hop in here are quite fresh and fun,but in USA,it is darkness.Underground bboys usually battle or dance in some dark places.If you look kindly and walk through there,I bet your things will be gone in few minutes.Underground bboy are not kind,they are quite fierce and eat drugs.Although Bboy King So,Noodle,Bruce Lee and etc are very "geng",but some underground bboys are better than them,we don't know because they don't take part in competition or perform.So if you bboy with these bboys,you must be fierce.

Now about some legend bboys and moves.Have you heard before Bboy YNOT in RockSteady Crew?RockSteady Crew is the first crew to bring out Hip Hop in USA,no Rock Steady,no Hip Hop,Breakdance,Popping,Locking and others.Now about some moves,some moves may have the same name,but only some are their real names.Some legend bboys are old now,around 40,so when they forget the names of some moves,then we get the wrong information,so now,some moves are sharing the same name.

You know what is the real name of Bboy YNOT? It is Tony,think why he put YNOT =).There is one last thing,it is quite sensitive,so I won't be saying it out ==" Anyway,the last "thing" is about some noobs,you no need to know =D

I got these bboy knowledge from Eddie,and he got it from bboys all over the world.I just say about bboys,forgot to add bgirls xP

Sorry,these few days I was busy practicing our dance routine,not free to update blog. I woke up around 9:30p.m.I prepared and went to a restaurant for breakfast.Then I followed Chris's map and reached Glamour Square at 11:30p.m.I went to the third floor and practiced with them.While practicing,many peoples came.There were 10 crews.Only D'FunkyMeZ,Junanz,HIV and 4 in 1 are from Ipoh.Others are from Melaka,KL and etc. The competition began around 1:30p.m.Before that,all crew leaders had a draw.We were the 7th crew.Luckily,D'FunkyMeZ was 8th.They also explained the rules,there were 10 crews,6 crews will take part in Semi Final,another 4 crews will be discuss by the judges whether the 4 crews take part or not.I saw Nicholas from D'Artiz,he taught me Junior Jamz 2 years ago in MMS.One by one,it was our turn,so much pressure >.<>

I was quite sad after the dance because Ho Nam and Chris had failed doing some powermoves, the other side,we forgot some steps >.< end ="=">.<>

I feel vexed (很烦) these few days,first about competition,second is the date that I am going to HK.

The competition is on Nov 14,but until now,we still haven't finish our routine,because other members don't know how to dance "I am Coming" except Siew Tong,although she knows how to dance,she still forgets some steps and many steps need to be fixed.So I used many time teaching and fixing their steps.This time is Ho Nam's first time taking part in a competition by crew.Plus,he don't knows how to dance Hip Hop,so we need to rush >.< 14 ="),I">.< [Jack] Scared? XD

By the way,I will be going to HK at December,hard to choose the date.Because competition's final is on Dec 20,"IF" Junanz Crew manages to get in,I can't stay in HK for 2 weeks.So I must wait for the results in semi final(Nov 28) IF we manage to get into semi XD.

Today is the first practice of Junanz Crew.Before practice,I have hh class,but when I reached there,Siew Tong only send me a message and told me that today no class T.T I went home.Around 3 pm,I called Chris,he called me to go to JUSCO Pizza Hut to "da pao" Pizza and took it to D1 to eat.When I reached there,Ho Nam,Siew Tong and Chris reached,I was the last T.T Chris ordered a set,2 cokes,1 regular pizza,4 breadsticks and a colesaw,around RM 26.We ate pizza just for the box,we need 4 boxes to follow the concept of our routine.Then,after Chris ordered,the waiter gave him a paper.The paper shows that 2 regular pizza just around RM 28,Chris regret because can;t change the order.While waiting,I saw Emily,few days ago we just chatted when can we meet in person,today,we meet,she was shopping with her friend.

The waiter said only 15 mins,but we waited 30 mins >.<>.< After drinking,we ran back to D1,after few mins,Siew Tong went home.Then we continued our routine.After a few mins,Ho Nam also need to go back earlier ==" ,then Ah Seong and the others also went home after few mins.Left me and Chris.I taught him half of the routine(I am Coming),I feel like a teacher XD Around 7 15pm,we went home.I am very tired.....

Chris and Ho Nam will reach D1 at 3pm(Sat) to rush the routines,me and Siew Tong will be waiting there because we have hip hop class.By the way,Sunday's practice time haven't confirmed.

Graduation Trip

Wah,finally,came back from Melaka.Don't know start from where,many things need to say.This is an amazing,wonderful and great trip,I saw many things and learned many things.This trip has many sweet memories,I shall remember it forever~ I bought some souvenirs for some friends,I just bought some only due to that I brought around RM 90 only,many people brought around RM 200 >.<>.<,I slept,play chess,chat,watch scenery and watch TV,I also took a photo of the sunrise. In the bus,the tour guider gave us some hats and name tags.Our first target was KLCC Petrosains,I was excited because I never been there before ^^.We reached there,put down my bag and took my wallet,handphone and camera in.We played many "scientific" gadgets and things.Many things to see ^^ Here are some photos:

We rushed to a restaurant to eat our dinner,once the dishes came,everybody grabbed it very fast,few mins then "no more".The situation after dinner:
Finally,the first day ends.We sat in the bus around 2 hours then reached the hotel.In the bus,many people sang and chat,very noisy,I can't even sleep >.<,when we reached the hotel,we took our luggage to our room,the room looks comfortable,there were 4 beds because 4 peoples slept in 1 room.We took a bath and tidy our things neatly.We played games,when the teachers and tour guider came and check,everybody kept the things and acted sleeping within seconds,after they left,we continue =P.We slept around 12 midnight. Second Day: 6 am morning call,but we woke around 5:30am,we prepared everything then went to Lobby and put down our luggage,then went to 4th floor and ate buffet for breakfast.After that,we went to Yakult factory. Nothing to take(photos),then we went to a famous restaurant,we washed our hands,then the workers taught us how to make "siew bao"

We went to a museum named "Baba and Nyonya",the museum is three houses.It is a story about Chinese and Malay people.The museum can't take any photos,put I took this =P.the workers introduced and explained many things to us,they also show us many beautiful and unique furniture,costumes and room. and its meaning.Too bad can't take photos >.< Then we went to visit the Holland style red houses and some ancient things up on the mountain,while walking up there,I took this photo.Before we went up,I also bought some souvenirs.

After that,everyone were hungry and tired.We all went to a restaurant to eat our dinner.After dinner,we went to KING Hotel.In the bus,I keep thinking how good is the hotel because here is Melaka,not KL.After an hour,we reached the hotel,but......there two sections,one is hotel,one is apartment,we slept in apartment! T.T Our room was small,others were big,unfair T.T I was the first one to bath,after bath,suddenly no electricity.Luckily I changed my clothes,the electricity stopped few times,what apartment is this? ==" We slept around 12 midnight again.

Third Day:
This is the last day of the trip,quite sad,today we will just go to places,that are Birds' Nest factory and A'Famosa Safari.We will be rushing to watch 4 shows in the safari.We woke up around 6:30am,7 am breakfast,so we rushed.Everybody packed up and went to KING Hotel's "KING Cafe" to eat our breakfast,the food was delicious.We prepared and went to Birds' Nest factory,it was quite far from KING Hotel.It was cold there,luckily I brought my jacket down.We have discount,plus,it is very cheap,many people bought Birds' Nest for their parents.Then we went to A'Famosa,my first time going there.Its area is larger than I thought.We reached the Safari.We queue up and got the tickets,everyone went in.In the entrance,I took a photo of a tiger:

We reached the first show,the animals was clever.It was amazing.I didn't record it because if I do,my camera's memory card will be full.Each show lasts 30 mins.After the first show,we went to another show: Bird Show.This is better than the first one,I got the chance to see the Hornbill and the Eagle.First,some parrots performed,there were 2 parrots that knew how to sing birthday song!!!After the parrots,the hornbill performed,it flew here and there,it was wonderful.
Next,it was the eagle.This was my first time to get the chance to see the eagle.It flew very fast,it is hard to take a photo of it,when it flew over me,it was horrible,but I took a photo:

After that,we finally can eat our lunch,I ate much.After lunch,we went to watch the 3rd show: Cowboy Show.This was the best.The cowboys used many weapons,it was great.The tour guider planned to bring us to the monkey island,but it was under maintenance,so we went to the chicken farm,I was lazy to take photos,so I only took this:
Then,we went to the safari zoo,before we went in,we queue up for around 15 mins.We sat in a car and went in.The driver stopped and explained some animals' information.Here are some photos:

Mostly all of them came from Africa.Next,we went to watch the last show: Elephant Show.I slept in the middle because I do not like elephants.It is 5pm,everybody were very tired,we bought some souvenirs and prepared for dinner.I still took a photo with a snake!!! It was huge and heavy,so horrible ==" I sharpen the photo because my camera has some problems,when I took photos,it will shakes =="
We queue up and boarded the bus.The restaurant is located in Tanjung Malim! We went there form Melaka,it took 3 hours.It was boring in the bus,I chatted with Siew Tong through phone,but we chatted a while only because my phone 3 days no charge battery.We reached Tanjung Malim at 8:30pm,I ate much and fast,including others,we boarded bus and went home at 9 pm!!! We reached Ipoh around 10:30pm,we gathered in our school,everyone had a excellent trip,everybody went home one by one.

This trip will kept in my brain forever~ Our primary school life ends next month.....We will be facing new challenges.During this trip,I am very happy.I really hope time can reverse......

Junanz Crew members are planning to join the MALAYSIA STREET DANCE CHAMPIONSHIP 2009(November 14).It was very good,the practice time,music,everything was confirmed,everything was fine.

Suddenly,there was 6 members taking part in this competition,but now,only 4 members taking part!Why? Willie(Chris's bro) doesn't want to take part because of some reasons,what reasons? Me and Chris asked him but he said he has no reasons,don't want is don't want ==".Still got one more member won't be taking part in this competition,that is NG YI QIN!His exam has postponed,so he doesn't have time to take part in the following competition.Without him,the kind of feel has gone.Although the percentage of losing is higher,but we will try our best =D,if we lose,we at least can get exp =) but we each person paid RM 25 for it >.<

So Chris decided don't want to take part in the competition,so he called Yumiko,but ......Yumiko has helped me registered....==" We can only dance without Willie and Yi Qin.

Finally,came back from Penang,home is always the best.In the trip,I lost my mobile phone ah!!! T.T

Sat - Woke up around 9:30 am,prepared and packed up the things.Then played my laptop until 12 noon,then went out to eat.After lunch,we went to Penang.This is the first time I get the chance to watch the view on Penang Bridge.Reached there,go into a shopping mall and bought a pair of shoes and a shirt.Then go hotel check in.The room was perfect.After a bath,I put in the cable to see whether can surf net or not,but need password.So we went for dinner,came back around 10:45pm .Before we went into the room,my mom helped me to ask the password.Went up and took a bath then surf net and play online game.

Sun - Woke up early and took a bath.Packed up and went to the lobby to check out.Everything went fine,until here .......I sat down on a sofa and rest a while.There is a American man sitting beside me and talking by a phone.After checking out,we went down to the car park.When I sat on the car,I noticed my phone gone already!!!I rushed up to the lobby but I can't find it V_V.My mom called my phone but it was turned off.I suspect that American guy took it,if I saw him again,he won't return home.Then very sad,followed my family go to eat.I never eat because very sad.I sat in the car,so hot la,can't stand it,so I go down and sat beside my mom until they finished their food.Then go to the shopping mall and sat in my grandfather's bro's shop.I took my laptop there and sat down there.I chatted with Siew Tong in msn.Around 1:30pm,we all went to a restaurant in a temple located on a mountain.It is a vegetarian restaurant,the food was delicious.After that,I bought some souvenirs.Then went home around 4pm.

Tomorrow need to go to Penang because my grandfather's cousin's daughter married.Haiz,go there cannot attend Hip Hop and Breakdance class >.<,but luckily,there have Wi-fi,if not,I die lo,I need Network to continue living LOL.

Next week Friday I go graduation trip,Friday go.3 days 2 night,first go Melaka then KL then come back at Sunday,cannot attend class again >.<.Luckily Monday night has Breakdance class.

There is a competition at Nov 14,Junanz Crew will join.Nov 14 is graduation party,but I choose competition.Only 6 members will dance,Chris Chow,Ng Yi Qin,Me,Chee Siew Tong,Ho Nam and Willie Chow.If we dance good and get the opportunity to dance in the semi final,Chris Chow cant attend due to SPM,IF WE DANCE GOOD.

Yesterday,my friend introduced me an online game: Dragonica.Not bad,I like it,but once I open Cheat Engine and try to hack,Dragonica will close immediately,>.<.

My father came back from USA,he calls me and my bro go out and play or eat once 2 days.He brought some presents for me XD He came back for 3 weeks,next week go back to USA,he is a resident of USA,but born in here.He wants me go to USA and study University,should I? 3 years woh,I don't want to think about it because I am 12 only this year,not 17 =P

After Junan merged with Motion Force,many problems cropped up.Jack also scold me "自己拿来坏"(no problem own self go add some) Just now,I chat with Jack,everything got problem with crew things,sure ask him,he is the key,the other side,need to let him 踩(scold) These are the problems:

1.Junan Crew merged,very messy
2.Got performances or competitions,the register name is Motion Force or Junan?
3.Less performances(this is my problem,quite greedy,heh? =P)

Last night,I chatted with Siew Tong in msn,she asked me today who will teach Hip Hop class.So we chatted almost an hour.I sms Emily Ng Chooi Wan and asked her because she knew the answer.After a while,Yumiko sms me and asked me can I go to D1 Studio(Not Production) in Jalan Medan.Siew Tong said that she will tell me the answer this morning.She sms me and told me no problem,she also sms another girl.But the worst thing is,there is one more girl that does not knows this.I think she went to D1 Production and wait today.By the way,Benjamin's mother won't let Ben continue learn Hip Hop!!!Or maybe she will transfer Ben to D' Artiz!WHY?Because of the management ==",that is why I write this composition.

Yumiko also discussed with us about the management in D1 just now.She explained why she wanted us to go D1 Studio and learn.Because of few reasons,first,because Yumiko does not has the key of the door,only Eddie and Ah Seong have the key,even Ah Yik also don't have.So now must wait until Monday,that day Eddie will come back,so Yumiko can get the key.Still got one reason why we go to D1 and learn,but don't know how to explain to you all.And why last week the students reached D1 Production and no teacher came,because Yumiko does not even know Ah Mun has went to KL for competition.

For now,we will be learning Hip Hop in D1 Studio for few weeks.In D1 Studio,it is 100% not same with in D1 Production.If we can't attend the class,we must inform the studio and choose the day for replacement.If the studio can't teach class,they will arrange the replacement too.D1 Studio will let all the students attend 4 classes and learn every month,do I look like I am promoting? I don't know XD

Yesterday,I went to re2 for computer class,but when I reached there,I suddenly remember that yesterday has no class ==".Then I went to a restaurant to eat dinner with my family.

Before we have our dinner,I ate a WHOLE PLATE OF PEANUTS!Then we waited almost half an hour only start eating.Halfway,my chest and stomach very pain.I can't continue eating,when I move a little also very pain.

Then we stop the dinner and take away the remaining food and fetched me to a clinic,the doctor asked a few questions then suggested me to go to PANDAI Emergency Station for X-Ray to scan my chest.Then we went to PANDAI,very hard to move >.<

I went in the emergency place while my mom register.Then I lay down on a bed,then the nurse checks my heart with "something".Then suddenly a nurse come in and pressed my stomach and chest.PAIN LIKE HELL.Then the nurse suspects that I have APPENDIX,WTH!!!Then he said that I need to wait for the doctor to come and confirm,the doctor came,she asked and checked me.

After a while,the worst thing comes.......NEED TO GET MY BLOOD,means I need to have a injection!It was just a sec of pain,not as pain as I think ==" Then she said that if the pain won't stop then need to stay in the hospital,if got improve,then can go home and come back tomorrow 9 am.She will tell me my blood's condition tomorrow.After half an hour,the pain decreased.So I said that I can walk around already,so I go home.

After few minutes when I reached home,the pain returns ==' More pain than just now,but I never went back to the hospital.I stayed in home and hardly slept until today morning,when I woke up,no pain at all ^^ I followed my mom and go to PANDAI,we found the doctor and take my blood's report.Lucky,my Total WBC and Neutrophils are normal.(I know you are thinking what are these =P) So she said the pain is cost by the plate of peanuts ==" She suggested me don't so fast next time to let the food digest.The peanuts costs RM 270 and pain,WTH!

After MMS became D1 Production,many things changed.

First,Jack joined D1 Junior Crew,and he won't be attending Saturday's Hip Hop class because he has 4 crew practices and an extra free class every week.If he attends Hip Hop,he will be exhausted.Anyway,we are still dancing^^.

Second,Yi Qin will be changing dance from HH to BD because he is the president of Martial Arts in his school,so he don't have time to attend Saturday's HH class.

Third,Siew Tong will start learning BD foundation,HH also will continue learning.She wants to learn BD foundation because she wants to win a girl in her school,the girl is from D'Artiz,Siew Tong also told me that the girl is very "chun".I also will teach her some simple toprocks on HH class^^.

Fourth,Chris had created a new crew named SHAKERZ CREW,his crew has 4 elements,but the main 2 elements are Hip Hop and Breakdance,the other 2(Popping and Locking) are for further uses.Since Siew Tong does not wants to be the leader after Jack quits,so I asked Siew Tong let Junan Crew to merge with Shakerz Crew,she said ok.But before Junan Crew merge with Shakerz Crew,I discussed with Chris and Jack because of some problems.But now,everything are solved and Junan Crew had successfully merge with Shakerz Crew.

Fifth,I chatted with Jack last night about Junan Crew,he said:"quality first,fame second",I shall keep this in my mind.He also said that if Junan Crew merge with Shakerz Crew,we need to be independent.

Crime Watch MUST READ!!!

Someone shared the following cases through an email received by The Mighty Pen website.

1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There was an old man looking at me. Suddenly, he called me. He said he didn’t know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answered ‘NO! If you need help, ask the security to help you.’ Then he said ‘never mind…’ and continued to find other people to help him…

REMEMBER: ATM machines have CCTVs.. If you help him he will later claim that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides, his ATM card could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these tactics.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that your neighbours still have their lights.. So you go out of your house to check the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured.

REMEMBER: Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.

(3) This is another incident. You may have heard about it before; it is about a lady who saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address. So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell, she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.

REMEMBER: Being such a compassionate and helpful person might not be a good thing these days. Girls, please be careful. DON’T BE TOO KIND!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding two packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she spoke, I realise that she was foreigner. I could not understand what she was talking about. I guessed she must be asking for money. I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she and an accomplice robbed someone else down the road.

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money. Behind me, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with the machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was tugging and squeezing in front of me. I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl placed her hand inside the tray of the ATM machine where the money was being dispensed out; ready to take away my money. I sensed something wrong and immediately pushed her away. Later I realised that the small girl and the old lady worked hand in hand together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions!

REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert. Look out for anyone suspicious around you!

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more fuel and the petrol station was too far away, for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum gave one coke bottle to him. He really took out the money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart. She just told him to take it for free.

REMEMBER: obviously that note is fake! Who would want to pay for RM2 for an empty coke bottle! It’s very OBVIOUS that that stranger was a trickster.

(7) This happened in Bali . A newly married couple was having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both were in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around finding her. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. Three weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very disappointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali , to watch a ‘FREAK SHOW’ in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage. Inside there was a lady without limbs. Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find out that she was his missing wife caged there and used for begging.

(8) This happened in Shanghai . A few years ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after five years, one of her friends found her cousin sister begging at the road side on one of the streets in Bangkok , Thailand . The worst thing was that her cousin sister had no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) Let’s just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this form of trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a crying baby to attract your attention. This normally happens at night and when you are alone in the house.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is known as the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center.. There are many people there. It’s also near to the Shenzhen train station and Hong Kong ’s Luo Hu Port. C went to the toilet at the shopping centre while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long, time they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there was nobody inside. Both were scared and they called C’s phone. There was no reply. So they reported to the police. The police asked them whether they had seen anybody suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there was none and it’s impossible to bring a person out of the toilet without them noticing! Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out of the toilet. The police told them that were not the first time such a thing happened there. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilets of shopping complexes. They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale.

REMEMBER: please be careful when using the toilet. Do not go to the wash room or toilet ALONE! Please at least have a partner with you.

(11) This happened in Klang, Malaysia. This afternoon (14/04/2009), while waiting for my husband in front of the bank ( MBB, Jalan Taiping, Klang), I saw a Malay lady bending down to throw some RM1.00 notes behind the tyre of a car parked in front of mine.

After throwing the notes, she knocked the car's window to tell him that he has dropped some money. Right after that, a man came knocking on my window, also telling me that I have dropped something.

Fortunately, I was not conned by them because I have witnessed what that Malay lady was doing. They came in a group of 4 (1 lady and 3 guys whom all look like foreigners; like the Arabian/ Moroccan type).They will rob you once you open your car door to check.

After UPSR,I can continue my dancing,so today I went to "MMS".When I reached there,I noticed that "MMS" was closed,so me and Ben waited there.Then I called Teresa and asked her where was she,because last week I was absent,so I don't know that Teresa had changed her education,she now works as a model.So I called Ah Mun,but she said today will be another teacher teaching,after a while,Yumiko came and she is our dance teacher today.

Now,you all may be wondering why I put quotation marks on MMS,that is because when I went up,I noticed that there is not MMS already,it has become D1.For now,Eddie and Yumiko will be the boss of D1.No more MMS already.Here is Yumiko's contact number:

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE LOOKING AT THE PICTURE BELOW:A family ,on holiday in Australia for a week and a half , when husband wife and their 15 year old son decided to go scuba diving. The husband is in the navy and has had some scuba experience. His son wanted a picture of his mum and dad in all their gear so he got the under water camera ready to go. When it came to taking the picture the dad realized that the son looked like he was panicking as he took it and gave the 'OK' hand sign to see if he was all right. Hope this is not too late to those who need to visit the hospital.
Just something to keep in mind.....
This mail was actually forwarded by a nurse in the Critical
Care Unit of a local private hospital. Just turn off our phone next
time when you are in the hospital. The person being affected may
just be someone you love. When you enter a hospital, do look out
for signs ! that say, "NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED". You might
not realize what unfortunate things can happen due to your
negligence. Be considerate!
A 4 year-old girl was admitted due to leg fracture. As it
was an open fracture, she had to undergo an operation to stitch
the protruding bone back in place. The girl was hooked onto a life
support system during the operation. The doctors input data into
the life support system before she began the surgery. The operation
went well until
all in a sudden the life support system went dead.
It was found out that an idiot was using his/her hand phone
outside the operation Theatre. The frequency had actually affected
the system. They tried to track the fellow but to no avail. The little
girl, young and innocent as she was, died soon after due to the
failure of the life support system.

Message :

Be considerate. Do not use your hand phone at any hospital.or places where you're told not to use it. You might not be caught in

the act, but you might have killed someone without knowing it! Please
pass this on to as many people as possible!
